A ban on dancing in a small farming town puts Ren, the new kid in town, at odds with the town council and the local minister. Incredible dancing, a melodic and energetic score, and a great story make the GCT reprise production the perfect show for the whole family. Reverend Shaw Moore
George happily returns to the GCT stage in his StageSceneLA ”Best Performance” -winning role as Reverend Moore. Last seen as John Hancock in 1776, our audiences may also remember George as Emile de Becque in South Pacific; Capt. vonTrapp in Sound of Music; General Howell in Kiss Me, Kate; Gérard Carrière, the father in Phantom; and twice as King Arthur in Camelot. Audiences of the former Downey CLO may know George as Alfred P. Doolittle in My Fair Lady; Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls; Jigger in Carousel; Senex in A Funny Thing Happened…; and Ali Hakim in Oklahoma!. His resume also includes leading roles in Brigadoon; the Sondheim musicals Pacific Overtures, A Little Night Music, and Company; the Leonard Bernstein opera Trouble in Tahiti; and Disneyland’s Golden Horseshoe Revue. Favorite concert performances include the world-famous Teatro Amazonas Opera House – 1,000 miles up the Amazon in Manaus, Brazil. George is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha – a role he has performed nearly 300 times in 8 productions throughout Southern California.
Tracey Ray Reynolds

You can see Tracy as Florence Foster Jenkins this September in the ITS production of Souvenir. Tracy is over the moon the be appearing in Footloose with her son!
John has traveled the world with the Citrus Singers, performing in classical and Broadway revues throughout NYC, China, the Philippines, and Germany. Past credits: Into the Woods (Rapunzel’s Prince, Broadway at the Gardens), Wild Party (Sam Himmelsteen, Dorie Theatre), 9 to 5 (Joe, Tibbies Center Stage), Beauty and the Beast (Candlelight Pavilion).
Evy Moody graduated Concordia University in Irvine with a BA in Theatre. While at CUI, Evy was also in improv, choir, and was a five time Irene Ryan nominee. Prior credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie (Millie), CATS! (Grizabella), The 39 Steps (Pamela/Anabela/Margaret), Beau Jest (Sara), and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia). Evy is very excited to be performing for the first time with the GCT.
Linda is a Glendale native making her GCT debut! Linda studied at Circle in the Square Theatre School located right in the heart of Manhattan. That’s where things really took off! Linda has toured nationally with Spamalot (Lady of the Lake u/s), performed regionally on both coasts, travelled the world while singing on Norwegian Cruise Line, and briefly lived in Hong Kong during her stint at HK Disneyland. Linda is happy to be back in California for the time being and sends many thanks to family and friends that have helped her along this amazing journey!
Tracey is overjoyed to cut loose in Footloose at such an amazing theater! She is happy to return to the GCT after a brief hiatus from the stage. Tracey was last seen at the theater in a Christmas Carol as Martha/Caroler. Selected credits: Once Upon a Mattress (Stepping Stone Players), My Fair Lady (Macdonald Auditorium), Narnia (Sierra Madre Playhouse). Tracey can also be seen singing as the lead member of the worship team at Community Life Church. A Huge Thank You to the entire cast and crew of Footloose! Enjoy the show!
Shay Thomas Gibson
Shay is making his California theatre debut. Shay is ready for a good time playing the rowdy Chuck Cranston. Previous show credit (Joseph) Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Desert Stages Scottsdale AZ. Shay is also a member of SAG-AFTRA having a passion for television and film. Shay would like to thank his friends and family for their never ending support.
Christa appeared in “Footloose” here in 2009 and is happy to be returning for round two! Wes Warnicker/Cowboy Bob
David Gallic is thrilled to return to the Glendale Centre Theatre. Last year, he appeared in The Wizard of Oz (Lion) and Anything Goes (Moonface Martin). Since then, he has appeared at Cupcake Theater in Hairspray (Wilbur) and Legally Blonde (Prof. Callahan). Other roles include Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey II), The Sacred Beasts (old man Orson Welles), War of the Worlds: Redux (young man Orson Welles), and Measure for Measure (Angelo). He would like to dedicate this show to all the Bobs out there.
Calista Ruiz has been a performer for as long as she can remember! At the age of 5, Calista wrote, directed, and starred in her own productions that she’d put on for anyone that would watch. It was then her mother put her in a dance class and the craziness began. Calista studied everything from Ballet to Flamenco at the Los Angeles Music and Art school, Pasadena City College, and at the Arte Flamenco Centre of Worldance. Calista has performed all over the country with prestigious groups like Samo Dabke Group, Clarita and the Arte Flamenco Dance Theatre, and Stretch Dance Company. She has been a featured dancer on Univision, Telemundo, The Rose Parade, Disneyland, The OC Fair, and ABC. Her other great successes include being the choreographer for the award winning production, Confessions of an Arab Woman, featured at the 2017 Fringe Festival, and being a featured choreographer for LA Unbound’s 2017 Spring Show. Her favorite musical credits include Singin’ in the Rain, Crazy for You, and Paint Your Wagon at the Downey Civic Light Opera, Me and My Girl, My Fair Lady, and 9 to 5, at Glendale Centre Theatre. Calista is also the Artistic Director of her own dance company, Vista and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in technology in education. Calista sends her love and many thanks to her family and friends for their continuous support.

Principal Harry Clark
Rob first appeared on stage in Oliver at the age of nine. Over the years he has performed in countless productions. His favorite roles include The Major General in Pirates of Penzance, Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Rob is thrilled to return to the Glendale Centre Theatre stage for his fifth production. He was seen in South Pacific as Capt. Bracket, sang with the quartet in The Music Man, was Uncle henry and the Oz Guard in The Wizard of Oz last Summer, and most recently as the Mayor in Bye Bye Birdie. Rob has studied voice in many styles and is a graduate of the Pasadena Playhouse Theatrical school with credits including commercials, film and TV, but he really enjoys the stage. Rob currently performs throughout the LA area in a variety of productions and venues. Rob would like to thank the great staff and cast at the GCT for the opportunity and all their hard work. He would also like to thank his family for their support and understanding as he goes off to sing and dance every night. By day Rob can be found helping people buy and Sell Real Estate in the San Gabriel Valley with Dilbeck Real Estate.
Kelly Lynn George
Kelly is thrilled to make her GCT debut and share the stage with the talented cast of Footloose. Other credits: Flash Gordon (Gillette Jingle Girl), A Christmas Carol (Martha Cratchit), and Anything Goes. In addition to theatre performance, Kelly spent several years channeling Woody Guthrie while traveling the country as a labor singer. She also has performed at the Gardenia Supper Club in Hollywood. Recently, Kelly completed work on the upcoming independent short film Disfluency. Training includes: CSUF and South Coast Repertory. Many thanks to the GCT team for this opportunity!
Jane the Cop/Betty Blast
Meghan is a theatre veteran with over 50 years on stage. She began her career as a classically trained ballet dancer with the Pensacola Civic Ballet Co. in Florida while also earning an A.A. degree in Modern Dance from Pensacola State College. After many years in dance, she segued into acting and earned a B.A. degree in Theatre Arts from the University of West Florida. In addition to her recent acting award for her role as Emma Goldman in Ragtime (see program notes), Meghan also won 2 awards at the Morgan Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica for her work in the musical Quilters (Best Character Actress & Best Choreographer). But, one of her proudest moments was being chosen to appear in the national PSA for the LA Women’s March in Jan. 2017 and then marching with half a million people there. Meghan dedicates her Footloose performance to the Resistance!
Jacob is thrilled to be performing in his first GCT production. His past credits include, “Jamie Lockhart” The Robber Bridegroom, “Rapunzel’s Prince” Into the Woods, “John Brooke” Little Women, and “Tom Trainor” in No No Nannette. Mathew San Jose
Mathew San Jose is a Filipino – American actor with a BA in Theatre from Pepperdine University. His most recent credits include Jake Stone in Nothing Bad: A Werewolf Rock Musical, Karen’s Father in The Interference, Billy in Crazy For You, and Macheath in The Threepenny Opera. He has performed in both the Hollywood FRINGE as Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, as well as the Edinburgh FRINGE Festival in Scotland as Owen in Forget Fire. He has been seen in a few short films as Panam in Ouroborus and Robert in Dimensions. Mathew Is excited to make his GCT debut on such an exciting show with an incredible cast! Thanks to his family and his girlfriend for their constant support, and thanks to God for all the opportunities.
Griffin is thrilled to be returning for round two at the GCT! He was most recently seen as the Purser in their production of Anything Goes! Originally from Illinois and a resident of Los Angeles since 2011, he received a BFA in Musical Theatre from AMDA:College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts in the fall of 2014. Past credits include My Fair Lady, The Music Man, Mary Poppins, Cabaret, and Legally Blonde to name a few. Much love and thanks to his family, friends, Gracie and Steven Dry. Enjoy the show everyone!
Edgar is originally from Portugal, where his passion for Musical Theatre started. There he performed in Little Shop of Horrors (Dr. Orin Scrivello), Cinderella (Prince Charming), Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), The Sound of Music (Captain Von Trapp), Aladdin, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Chicago (Amos Hart). Edgar studied Music in Germany and England, and eventually became an award-winning concert pianist, having obtained 50 prizes in international competitions, released a solo album, cruised the world at sea and performed in 20 countries. Whilst living in London, he played keyboards for No One in the World, Spend Spend Spend, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Spectrum, and Peter Pan. He has been living in Los Angeles since September and has already sung and danced in Bye Bye Birdie (GCT), The Music Man (PVPA – Norris Theatre), and Two Gentlemen of Verona (Foothill PA Council – ArTES Magnet), with a break for Music Direction at the Hollywood Fringe in Sex Anyone. He also works at Azusa Pacific University as a staff accompanist, musical director and vocal coach in the Music and Theater departments. Edgar is absolutely overjoyed to be back at his favorite theatre home in LA.
Bre has been affiliated with theatre since she was 7 years old. After playing Oliver in Oliver Twist when she was 9, she began furthering her training as an actress. She then went on to play characters such as Sandy in Grease, Miss Hannigan in Annie, Nancy in Oliver Twist, Elsa in The Sound of Music, and Peter in Peter Pan. She would like to thank ESCAPE Theatre for being the place that helped her fall in love with theatre and the arts. She would also like to thank her family and her boyfriend for the support that they gave her throughout her whole acting experience. Without them, she would not be who or where she is today.
Jacob is thrilled to be returning to the GCT stage. Past GCT credits include: Anything Goes as a Sailor, The Wizard of Oz as Niko, 9 to 5 as Josh, Damn Yankees as Henry, Guys and Dolls, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Music man, and Me and My Girl as a member of the ensemble, A Christmas Carol in the role of Dick Wilkins, and Hairspray as Brad. He has been working with Domino One Productions for the last two years performing and choreographing. Two of his favorite productions being Dani Girl where he played the role of Marty, and The Swing of the Sea where he played the role of Eggs. Jacob is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, where he was an active member in their theatre community. Some of his credits include The Open Window Theater: The Hobbit (Fili), YPC: Surviving the Applewhites (Jake Semple), The Elves and the Shoemaker (Amile Heel), MN Fringe Festival: SemiDarkness (Edwin Sullen). Jacob attended high school at The St. Paul Conservatory For Performing Artists; he focused on performance in musical theatre. Jacob would like to thank God, his family, friends, and teachers for their guidance and support over the years.
Katy is thrilled to be back at the GCT! Originally from Minnesota, Katy studied ballet across the country, including Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet & Milwaukee Ballet School. She received a BFA in Musical Theatre & Dance from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she was nominated to compete in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship competition for her role as Kendra in the original play Target Behavior. She has also performed in the world premiere of Kerrigan & Lowdermilk’s Tales from the Bad Years, the first fully-staged production of their song cycle by the same name. After graduating college, Katy spent some time in Istanbul, Turkey teaching musical theatre dance at Maltepe Üniversitesi. Since making the move to Los Angeles, Katy has performed in multiple theatre productions, including the GCT’s Damn Yankees & Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Katy also worked alongside Jordana Brewster in Fast & Furious 7, as well as Missi Pyle in the Golden Globe nominated movie Gone Girl, directed by David Fincher. You can see Katy in episodes of Parks & Recreation, Modern Family, The Fosters, and dancing in the 6th season of Glee.
Bretten is excited to be making his Glendale Centre Theatre debut! He is a proud graduate of Northeastern University where he obtained degrees in Biology and Math with the hopes of combining his two passions, theater and science, to become the next Bill Nye. Much like the rest of his life, this is still a work in progress. He currently works as an IT Consultant with the consulting firm, Bluewolf, an IBM Company. Favorite past acting credits include College Boy (Hello Again), Artful Dodger/Dance Captain (Oliver/ 2017 BroadwayWorld.com Award Nomination Best Supporting Actor; On Stage Critics Award Nomination Best Supporting Actor), Carnival Boy/Dance Captain (Carousel), Waitstaff/Gangster #2 U/S (Drowsy Chaperone) , Dance Ensemble (Me and My Girl/ Original Broadway Choreography), Ensemble/Dance Captain (Kiss Me Kate) . Favorite past choreography credits include A Funny Thing Happened…Forum (2017 BroadwayWorld.com Awards Nomination Best Choreography), Grease, Young Frankenstein, and Wedding Singer (Assistant Choreographer). Other credits include: 42nd Street (Diane Lorimer), A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Gymnasia), Anything Goes (Chastity), Mary Poppins (Annie), Spamalot, The Producers, White Christmas, Brigadoon, Pirates of Penzance, Music Man, The Wizard of Oz, Singin’ In The Rain, and C & C’s Presents (Hot Toddy Tipsy.) Originally from Buffalo, New York, Libby has a degree in Accounting from Niagara University where she played Division I tennis for 4 years. During the day, she works at Innovative Skincare in Burbank. Libby and her younger sister Amy have previously held the title of Second Place Senior Duet/Trio at Showstoppers National Dance Championships. In addition, they were both Tremaine Dance Convention Scholarship winners. Libby enjoys going to the beach, visiting her family, shopping, and hanging out with friends.
